TREATS

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

A 50% deposit is due when booking to secure your order. Your remaining balance will be due upon pick-up/drop-off. Deposits are non-refundable as they will go toward ingredients and/or materials. 

SQUEEZE IN - SAME WEEK ORDERS

Please note, I do require at least 2 weeks' notice for most orders.  

If your order is within 3-5 days (weekends included), 100% of your total is due to confirm your order. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's our cancellation policy to ensure everything is clear and fair:

Deposits go toward ingredients and materials, and thus can not be refunded. If you would like to cancel your order, please do so 1 week before the agreed-upon pick-up/delivery date. Orders cancelled the same week may be subject to a 25% charge. 

 

LIABILITY/ALLERGIES

Your health and safety are our top priorities. We understand that food allergies are a serious concern, so we've implemented the following allergy policy:

1. Ingredient Information: OUR PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING COMMON FOOD ALLERGENS: MILK, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOY, AND WHEAT.

2. Cross-Contamination: While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, our home bakery does handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and wheat. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from any particular allergen.

3. Special Requests: If you have a food allergy, please inform us when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill all requests.

4. Allergic Reactions: We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions. Customers with food allergies are encouraged to consider this information carefully before consuming our products. Your understanding and cooperation with our allergy policy help us ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION 

1. Baked to Order: All our products are baked to order. We don't sell day-old goods, ensuring you always receive the freshest possible products.

2. Quality Ingredients: We use only high-quality ingredients in our baked goods. This not only enhances the taste but also contributes to the freshness of our products.

3. Sealed Packaging: To maintain freshness, we pack our products in sealed packaging. We recommend that you keep the products in their original packaging until you're ready to enjoy them.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the freshness of your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the product or offering a refund.

CREATIVE FREEDOM 

At our home bakery, we believe in the power of creativity. Baking is not just a process, but an art form, and we love to express our creativity in every product we make. To ensure we can continue to do this, we have implemented the following creative freedom policy:

1. Custom Orders: While we are happy to take custom orders, we reserve the right to add our creative touches. We promise these will not drastically change your design, but rather enhance it and make it truly unique.

2. Ingredient Substitutions: Sometimes, we may need to substitute certain ingredients due to availability or to achieve the best possible taste and texture. We assure you that any substitutions will be of equal or higher quality.

3. Design Changes: If we believe a certain design element might not work or could be improved, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments. We will always inform you of these changes and ensure you are happy with the final design.

4. Quality Assurance: Our main goal is to provide you with delicious and beautiful baked goods. Our creative freedom policy helps us ensure we can do this while also expressing our creativity.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY AND COPYRIGHT

We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our creations for marketing purposes.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. However, we understand that disputes may occasionally arise. To ensure these are resolved efficiently, we have implemented the following dispute resolution policy:

1. Contact Us: If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We value your feedback and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Investigation: We will investigate your complaint thoroughly. This may involve asking you for more details about the issue or inspecting the product in question. If you are unsatisfied with your order and are seeking a refund, we will require the product to be returned. 

3. Resolution: Our goal is to resolve all disputes within 14 days. Depending on the nature of the dispute, resolution may involve a refund, a replacement product, or another form of compensation.

4. Mediation: If we're unable to resolve the dispute directly, we're open to mediation. This involves involving a neutral third party to help us resolve.

5. Legal Action: We hope to resolve all disputes amicably. However, if we're unable to reach a resolution, you may wish to seek legal advice.

 

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP

1. Delivery: We offer delivery within a certain radius of our location. There may be a delivery fee depending on the distance. We aim to deliver all orders within the agreed time frame.

2. Pick-Up: Please arrive at the agreed pick-up time to ensure your order is fresh and ready for you. If you're unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible. After 20 minutes, you will be subject to a $15 late fee. 

3. Missed Delivery/Pick-Up: If you're not available to receive your delivery or pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us to arrange an alternative. Please note that additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

AMENDMENTS

Wonderfully Made reserves the right to amend its terms of service, and customers will be informed of any changes.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICIES

I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. Here's my cancellation policy to ensure everything is clear and fair:

Deposits go toward your total, but can not be refunded. This goes to ensure that both parties are thoroughly committed and on the same page. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24- 48 hours before the scheduled service. Two last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiting the ability to book in the future.

4. Allergen Awareness: If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before your service. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and can suggest alternative products if necessary.

3. Open Communication: I encourage open communication during your appointment. If you're not happy with the direction we're taking, please let me know immediately. I want you to love your new look.

4. Quality Assurance: Our main goal is to provide you with a hairstyle that you love and that makes you feel confident. Our creative freedom policy helps us ensure we can do this while also expressing our creativity.
